Bison Property Services is an Indigenous-owned company, majority owned by Kee Tas Kee Now Tribal Council (KTC) through KTC Investment Corp. We were established to meet the growing need to manage an increasing number of property and building assets on behalf of First Nations communities.
Our mission is to provide exceptional facilities management services through collaboration, innovation, and community engagement — creating lasting value and opportunities for future generations.

President and Broker of Rimrock Property Management, CPM & CCIM designated, with a boiler ticket from ABSA and over 30 years overseeing industrial, retail, and office properties.
Jason Wigton
20+ years working in Indigenous communities, currently Director of Technical and Emergency Services, leading disaster preparedness and response.
Jorge A. Mesén
Business Management degree, Data Analytics diploma, and SFP designation (IFMA), with 20+ years in facility and property management and CMMS.
