Bison Property Services is an indigenous-owned company, majority owned by Kee Tas Kee Now Tribal Council (KTC) through KTC Investment Corp. Established to cover the need to manage an increasing number of property and building assets.

Meet Our Team

Greg Condon

Greg is the President and Broker of Rimrock Property Management holding Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations as well as a boiler ticket from the Alberta Boilers Safety Association (ABSA). His background in overseeing large-scale industrial, retail, and office spaces, for over 30 years, combined with his proactive approach to property management, aligns perfectly with Bison’s mission to support First Nations community buildings.

His long-term career success lies in delivering quality service to institutional and boutique properties, makes him well-suited to assist clients with proactive, high-quality management solutions delivering strong returns, and enhancing user experience.

Jason Wigton

Jason brings over 20 years of experience working in Indigenous communities occupying a wide variety of roles, currently serving as the Director of Technical and Emergency Services, leading and managing the department providing strategic direction. He plays a central role in disaster preparedness and response, ensuring the safety and resilience of the nations’ members.

His strong ties with the communities, proven leadership with indigenous initiatives, knowledge of navigating through federal and provincial programs for funding and support, as well as his ability to coordinate and lead emergency plans while remaining operational under adverse conditions; will help Bison achieve its goal of create long-term sustainable services and ensure that community assets are maintained efficiently and effectively.

Jorge A. Mesén

Jorge holds a Business Management Degree and a Data Analytics diploma from BYU-Idaho, and a Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) designation from IFMA. Combined with a career of over 20 years in the public, not-for-profit, and profit sectors occupying roles in facility management and property management, he has acquired extensive experience in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs, and a wide range of highly relevant business skills.

His operational leadership and service-driven background, brings efficiency and structure to our team, guaranteeing that our clients’ brand visibility and operational outcomes are enhanced.
